Ordering
- Every sale is on ‘first come first serve’ basis.
- All sales are final (Unless there is a reasonable excuse, we understand, we don’t bite).
- Serious buyers only, means no backing out after confirmation (This is serious business).
- Want to place an order? Go to ‘FORM’. Fill in the form! Make sure you fill in every important detail. Especially your email address so we can actually get back to you on your order.
- If you want to reserve, just send us an email at authenticcurls@hotmail.com (Heck, ask as many annoying question as you want too!)
- The ‘ORDER’ page will be updated everything an order is made. You can check there to see whether your order is on the list. Contact us if you made an order but is not listed.
Payment
- Payment must be done within 3 days when reservation progress.
- Back outs will not be entertained in future. Especially for last minutes cancellations (with confirmation!!!).
- Payment must be made promptly and within 48 hours or the item will have to be offered to the next person.
- All payments are made via MAYBANK (Our account number will be emailed to you once you place an order).
- Kindly inform us once payment is made. You can either show us proof of the payment/receipt or give us a text/email/tag! We’ll check and get back to you. (Number will be given if asked in email).
- All payments shall be in RM (!).
Item(s)
- The colour of the items in pictures might be slightly different from original colour of item because of it's camera's lighting (but we try to shoot an exact shot of item).
- We will not be held responsible if there's any lost of damage of item(s) during delivery.
- All items are not refundable or exchangeable once sold. Request for refunds or exchanges will be attended if there’s any problem with the product. We will need a picture as prove.
- All pictures are copyrighted.
- All prices are fixed unless stated "Negotiable" below the item.
- You are able to reserve. Reservation made is within 3 days only. The items marked RESERVED are open for bidding. If others are interested in the reserved item, you can bid a higher price for it. We will then proceed to the customer who wins the bid.
- Preloved items will be stated and normally prices can be negotiated.
Postage
- Delivery will be made mostly on Sundays but there will an exception if we are free on any day.
- Prices of postage are as followed in ‘DELIVERY’.
- Tracking number will be provided to the customer once the parcels are sent out.
- Again, Authentic Curls is not responsible on any damaged/lost parcels.
- Also, no international shipping at the moment (: sorry!
Status
- Pending: item on hold awaiting payment.
- Sold: sold.
- Reserved: reserved till 3 days are up.
- Negotiable: price negotiable.
- Preloved: worn before. Times worn will be stated. Price normally negotiable.
- New: brand new babeh.
